对首发精神分裂症患者家属实施院外延续护理的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对首发精神分裂症患者家属实施院外延续护理的效果,为开展院外延续护理提供依据。方法在患者出院后,采用个别和集体家庭干预的方法,向其家属宣传精神疾病防治知识,强化家庭健康教育,指导家属多关心安慰患者,家庭成员和睦相处。干预前后对家属进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、精神病防治知识认知水平测试,对患者进行生活质量测试。结果实施院外延续护理干预前后,家属SCL-90各因子分和精神病防治知识认知水平各项目比较,差异均有统计学意义。患者生活质量除生理领域、精神支柱外其它各项目均明显地提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论院外延续护理干预改善了首发精神分裂症患者家属的心理状况,提高了家属的认知水平和对患者的照顾技能,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To explore continuous nursing interventions on rehabilitation effect of patients with first onset schizophrenia and to provide theoretical guidance for the development of hospital extended care.Methods After patient discharge,using individual and collective family intervention methods,publicize psychosis prevention and treatment knowledge to the family members,enhancing family health education,guiding the family members more concern for the patients,living in harmony.The SCL-90 and the questionnaire were used to measure the health states and the cognitive level to the disease of the family members before and after the intervention,and tested.the life quality of the patients.Results There are very significant difference in the score of the most items of SCL-90 and the cognitive level to the disease in family members between before and after carried out continuous nursing intervention,improve every aspects of first onset schizophrenia patient＇s life quality except physical domain and spirit domain（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention improve the psychological status of the family members,raise the family members＇ cognitive level and skills of patient care,improve patient quality of life.
