PHS无张力修补114例腹股沟疝的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨普理灵疝修补装置(PHS)在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2006年6月-2010年12月应用PHS腹膜前置入治疗腹股沟疝114例的临床资料。结果本组均痊愈,手术时间为35-100min,平均54min,住院时间3-8d。术后24h下床活动,术后疼痛较少,2例出现尿潴留,3例出现阴囊积液。切口均一期愈合,无1例切口感染。随访3月-3年,无明显慢性疼痛、局部异物感及复发。结论 PHS无张力疝修补术集各种修补术优点于一身,适应证广,更符合腹股沟管的解剖和生理,具有术后异物感小、疼痛轻、损伤轻、术后恢复快及复发率低等特点,显著提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of tension-free repair for inguinal hernia by Prolene hernia system（PHS）.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 114 patients with inguinal hernias,who received Tension-free herniorrhapy using PHS patch in our hospital.Results All the cases were cured,the perative time of every case was 35-100min（average 54min） and the hospital stay was 3-8days.Patients could walk in 24h after operation and less pain attacked.Urinary retention occurred in 2 cases and scrotal hydroceles occurred in 3 cases after operation.All incisions healed well and no one had postoperative infection.The follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 3 years,no one had significant chronic pain、local foreign body sensation in inguinal region and recurrence.Conclusion Tension-free herniorrhapy using PHS has various advantages of other herniorrhapys and has wide indications.PHS herniorrhapy is consonant with the anatomy and physiology of inguinal duct.Its good performance of small foreign body sensation,less pain,less lesion,quick recovery and low recurrence rate.This herniorrhapy can increase the patient＇s quality of life,worth popularizing and using in clinic.
