摘 要:为了鉴定木材形成组织中的主要代谢物及其功能,并更深层次地认识木材形成的生物学过程,采用甲醇/氯仿有机溶剂体系抽提正常木、应压木、对应木木材形成组织中的极性代谢产物。通过气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)在线分析,鉴定其成分和相对表达丰度。结果表明:木材中检测出31个极性代谢物;应压木主要代谢产物相对表达丰度低于或接近正常木,而糖类物质明显降低;对应木主要代谢物质相对表达丰度高于或接近正常木,而含氮化合物和脂类明显升高;应压木主要代谢产物相对表达丰度低于对应木的。Many metabolic pathways participate in xylem formation(wood formation) progress of secondary growth in tree.Metabolite analysis has become an important tool for function identification of genes and molecule mechanism exploration of biological development.To identify main metabolites of wood forming tissue and their roles in this progress,and then give insight into bio-process of wood formation,polar metabolites were extracted from wood forming tissue of compression wood,opposite wood and normal used methanol/chloroform organic solvent systems.Chemical compound and relative abundance were analyzed and identified by gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Thirty-one metabolites were identified in this research.Relative abundance of major metabolites from compression wood was lower than or close to normal wood,while sugars decreased obviously.Relative abundance of major metabolites from opposite wood was close to or higher than normal wood,N-compounds and lipids increased distinctly.Relative abundance of major metabolites from compression wood was lower than opposite wood.It could reflect metabolic network way of wood development on integral level by metabonomics,also provide evidence to identify key regulate factor of wood formation.
