摘 要:为解决计算机辅助设计数据重用中轮廓线搜索困难、轮廓线遗漏以及孔洞特征描述困难等造成重用效率低下的问题,更好地支持产品服务系统的自动化设计,提出了一种基于轮廓劈裂和矩阵变换的产品B-rep模型建模方法。该方法以决策点为节点建立轮廓线有权无向图,构建了基于无向图最小生成树的面轮廓劈裂提取方法;利用矩阵变换生成体、面、环、边、点特征关联矩阵,建立完整的产品B-rep模型。基于该方法开发了一种针对建筑钢结构工程产品的设计系统,应用实例验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。To solve the low efficiency problems of CAD data reuse caused by difficulties in outline search,outline omission and hole feature description,and to provide support for automatic design of product service system,a modeling method of B-rep model based on outline splitting and matrix transformation was proposed.In this method,weighted undirected graph of outline was established with decision points as its nodes,and splitting extraction method of surface profile was constructed based on minimum spanning tree of the undirected graph.Through matrix transformation,incidence matrixes of body,surface,ring,edge and point were generated,and a complete B-rep model of product was put forward.A design system for steel structure engineering product based on the proposed method was developed to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
