差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定中药何首乌中的锌含量

摘　　要：用铋膜电极代替汞膜电极,采用差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定何首乌中的锌含量。实验表明:在0.4mol/L的支持电解质KSCN中,于–1 700 mV下搅拌富集3 min后,得到一灵敏的阳极溶出峰。利用此法测定锌的检出限为4.694×10–7mg/mL,线性范围在2.32×10–4～6.17×10–4mg/mL内,线性方程为I=1.410 3c+0.392 9,相关系数r=0.9948,相对标准偏差为1.57%(n=11),加标回收率为94.6%～101.9%。该法可避免汞对环境的污染和对人体的伤害。The content of zinc in chinese medicine polygonum was determined by differential pulse stripping voltammetry, using bismuch film electrode instead mercury-film electrode. In a supporting solution of 0.4 mol / L KSCN, the concentration potential of zinc in -1700 mV for 180 s enhanced anodic stripping peak current. The RSD of determination results was 1.57%, and the detection limit was 4.694 × 10^-7 mg / mL. On optimum conditions, the equation of linear regression was I=1.4103c＋0.3929 （r=0.994 8） in the range of 2.32 × 10^-4-6.17 × 10^-4 mg / mL. The recovery ranged from 94.6% to 101.9%. The method may avoid environment pollution and the harm to the person.
