摘 要:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和偏氟乙烯(VDF)/三氟乙烯(TrFE)二元共聚物以其优异的铁电、压电性能而备受关注。近年来,该类聚合物经物理/化学改性后表现出非常优异的介电、储能性能,尤其在高储能放电电容器领域被寄予厚望。经分子组成优化和挤出拉伸处理的PVDF基含氟聚合物在室温下具有高介电常数(12~60),高击穿电场强度,在600-700MV/m电场下,储能密度大于25J/cm^3,远远高于传统的电容器介电薄膜材料。本文介绍了PVDF基含氟聚合物近年来在介电、储能材料领域的研究进展并对其发展前景进行展望。poly ( vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and vinylidene fluoride (VDF) / trifluoroethylene (TrFE) copolymers are of considerable current interest for their great ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties. Recently, modified by physical or chemical process, PVDF based fluoropolymer exhibits excellent dielectric and energy storage properties, which is highly expected to be applied in the field of high energy density discharge capacitors. The fluoropolymer with optimized composition treated by the extrusion and subsequent stretching methods possess high dielectric constant (12-60) and very high breakdown electric field. The highest energy storage density is more than 25J/cm3 (600-700MV/m) at room temperature, which is significantly improved of energy density over traditional capacitor dielectric film materials. The recent development of these high performance polymers as dielectric and energy storage materials is summarized in this article.
