摘 要:目的探讨Image analysis(IA)公司的N-vivo和Mindways(MW)公司的QCT Pro两种定量CT(QCT)骨密度分析软件测量腰椎骨密度(BMD)结果的重复性及两种软件测量值是否存在差异,为建立中国人群QCT骨密度数据库多中心研究提供参考。资料与方法采用东芝16排CT扫描机和IA定量CT骨密度校准体模对204例受试者行QCT检查,将CT图像转到QCT工作站,采用两种软件进行骨密度测量分析,比较两种软件所得测量值的相关性与差异性;并自204例数据中随机抽取其中各20例,由2个人不同时间(相隔1d)于每个软件上分别测量2次,反映软件在相同操作方法下重复测量同一对象的重复性,评价两种软件测量值的重复性。结果重复性研究:IA软件及MW对于所选20例2次测量结果之间均具有显著相关性(r=0.998,P<0.01)。2次测量结果之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。一致性研究:IA、MW软件对于204例分别测量结果之间具有显著相关性(r=0.995,P<0.01)。两软件测量结果之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论于IA和MW两种定量CT分析软件上分别所测腰椎BMD值无显著差异,具有很好的一致性,为多中心研究提供了依据。Purpose To explore the reproducibility and difference of lumbar BMD (L-BMD) measured by N-vivo (Image analysis, IA) and QCT Pro (Mindways, MW), and the feasibility of establishing QCT bone density database of Chinese population. Materials and Methods 204 subjects underwent quantitative CT measurements of BMD in the spine using 16-row Toshiba CT and IA QCT calibration phantom. After transferring CT images to the QCT workstation, the difference and relationship of BMD measured by two QCT softwares were compared. Twenty randomly selected cases were measured twice by different operators using each QCT software to test the reproducibility. Results There was significant correlation between two measurements in 20 randomly selected cases using IA and MW software. Correlation coefficient was 0.998 (P 〈 0.01) showing high reproducibility. There was no significant difference between two" measurements (P 〉 0.05). For agreement, there was significant correlation between the measurements using IA and MW software in 204 patients. Correlation coefficient was 0.995 (P 〈 0.01). There was no significant difference in L-BMD between these two QCT softwares (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Quantitative CT analysis softwares such as IA and MW do not have significant differences in L-BMD measurements with good reproducibility and intermodality agreement.
