摘　　要：文章利用第三次和第四次国家卫生服务入户调查在县级层面的数据,采用固定效应模型对面板数据进行分析,测算了县级层面门诊服务和住院服务的自价格弹性、交叉价格弹性和收入弹性。针对如何提高农村居民基本医疗卫生服务利用给出了相应的政策建议。Using the county-level panel data from the third and the fourth National Health Service Surveys, the fixed effect models were employed to calculate the own-price elasticity, cross-price elasticity and the income elasticity of demand for outpatient service and inpatient service. Some political recommendations were made to improve the basic health service utilization in rural areas.
