摘　　要：作者通过在公立医院绩效考评中引入经济增加值的阻力和动因分析,阐述了推行EVA考评的好处以及需要注意的问题,为政府加强公立医院绩效考评提供了有益参考。By analyzing the resistance and motivation of the introduction of Economic Value Added analysis in performance evaluation in public hospitals, the authors explain the benefits and problems of Economic Value Added evaluation implementation, which is useful for the government to strengthen the performance evaluation of public hospitals.
