摘　　要：介绍上海市黄浦区公共卫生信息平台二期业务子系统建设的架构,包括基于临床信息的公共卫生监测预警子系统,基于中国CDC、上海CDC相关直报系统的数据统计与分析子系统,疾病预防控制信息系统3个子系统,阐述各子系统的构成、目的与功能。This paper introduces construction framework of the second phase public health information service platform in Huangpu region in Shanghai, including public health monitoring and reporting subsystem based on clinical information, data statistic and analysis subsystem based on related direct reporting system in China CDC and Shanghai CDC, and disease prevention and control information sub- system. It also depictes the components, construction goals and functions of each all above mentioned.
