摘　　要：运用CiteSpace可视化软件绘制人胚胎干细胞研究领域的共引网络图谱,分析图谱中的关键节点,并探讨人胚胎干细胞的获取分化、培养、更新及发展演化。随着科技的发展,干细胞的获得及培养将更简便,更多地用于临床治疗疾病。Using the visualization software - CiteSpace, the paper gets the document co - citation map in the field of human embryonic stem cells, and then analyzes the pivotal nodes document and probes the differentiation, cultivation, updates evolution of above. It concludes that the methods of acquisition and cultivation of stem ceils would be more convenient and that stem ceils would be applied in clinical to treat diseases in future.
