摘 要:利用脱硫废碱液对酸化后的含铬废水进行处理,研究了废水初始pH、脱硫废碱液加入量和静置时间等对Cr(Ⅵ)转化率的影响。实验结果表明,在废水初始pH为1.4、静置时间为30 min的条件下,处理30 mL Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度为126.5 mg/L的含铬废水,适宜的脱硫废碱液加入量为6 mL,此条件下Cr(Ⅵ)转化率接近100%。随废水初始pH升高,Cr(Ⅵ)转化率下降。脱硫废碱液还原Cr(Ⅵ)的反应瞬间完成,刚滴加完脱硫废碱液即测得废水中Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度几乎为零。Acid-treated chromium-containing wastewater was treated using spent alkaline liquor from desulfurization process, and the factors affecting Cr (Ⅵ) conversion were investigated. The experimental results show that under the conditions of initial wastewater pH 1. 4, standing time 30 rain, wastewater volume 30 mL, Cr(Ⅵ) mass concentration 126.5 mg/L and spent alkaline liquor dosage 6 mL, Cr(Ⅵ) conversion can reach about 100% ; Cr(Ⅵ) conversion decreases with the increase of the initial wastewater pH. Once the dripping of spent alkaline liquor is finished, Cr (Ⅵ) mass concentration of the wastewater is almost 0 mg/L, which indicates that the reduction reaction of Cr(1) with spent alkaline liquor can be completed instantly.
