摘 要:以浙紫1号、农大紫薯2号、湘紫薯2号为研究材料,徐薯22号为对照,进行紫心甘薯块茎大小与出苗数量之间的相关性分析,以及不同大小块茎薯苗的生长差异性分析,结果表明:种薯大小对甘薯种苗生产具有一定的影响,并且存在品种差异性;中小薯(≤0.5 kg)的顶部顶端优势减弱,芽体分布比较均匀,出芽速度较一致,生长较整齐;大薯(≥0.5 kg)始出苗时间和出苗期均比小薯延迟;0.2~0.5 kg与≥0.5 kg的种薯单薯出芽数之间没有显著差异。比较认为0.2~0.5 kg大小的甘薯在生产上做种育苗比较适宜。Taking Zhezi No.1, Nongdazishu No.2 and Xiangzishu No.2 as experimental materials and taking Xushu22 as the control to analyze the correlation between seed-tuber size and germination numbers of seedlings and the growth difference of seedlings from different sizes of purple sweet-potato tuber. The results indicated that seed- tuber size has some influences on production of potato seedlings, but there is a difference among varieties; the apical dominance of medium and small potato (~〈0.5 kg) decreased, but the buds distributed even, had uniform germination speed and regular growth; the first seedling emerging time and the seedling stage of large potato (≥0.5 kg) all delayed compared with that of small potato; there was no significant difference in bud emerging number of seed tuber with size of 0.2-0.5 kg or ≥0.5 kg. The study indicated that the potato with size of 0.2-0.5 kg is suitable for seedling breeding in production.
