摘 要:为了比较湘西宏成制药有限责任公司不同中药种子繁殖基地白花泡桐叶中熊果酸和木犀草索6月到9月间含量的变化,采用Shim—PackC18色谱柱,测定熊果酸的流动相为甲醇-水-乙酸(85:15:0.5),检测波长210nm;测定木犀草索的流动相为甲醇-水-乙酸(60:39:1),检测波长350nm。结果显示,熊果酸的线性范围为1-15μg(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.3%(RSD=I.10%,n:5);木犀草素的线性范围为0.01—0.09μg(r=0.9991),平均回收率为98.7%(RSD=2.25%,n=5);研究结论为7月份的白花泡桐叶中熊果酸和木犀草素含量最高,为药物原料的采收时间的划定提供了理论依据。The changes of ursolic acid content and luteolin content in leaves of Paulowniafortune, which produced from different propagation bases of Xiangxi Hongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Western Hunan, from June to September were compared. The content of ursolic acid and luteolin was determined by HPLC, respectively, and the analytical column was Shim-Pack C18; for detecting content of ursolic acid, the mobile phase consisted of methanol- water-acetic acid (85:15:0.5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength at :210 nm; for detecting content of luteolin, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid (60:39:1) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength at 350 nm. The linear range of ursolic acid and luteolin was 1-15 μg (r = 0.999 6) and 0.01- 0.09 μg (r = 0.999 1), respectively; the average recovery rate of ursolic acid and luteolin was 98.3% with RSD of 1.10% (n=5) and 98.7% with RSD of 2.25% (n=5), respectively. The contents of ursolic acid and luteolin in leaves of Paulownia fortune were the highest in July, which provides theoretical basis for determining harvest time of medicine material.
