摘 要:为了减少火电厂中汽轮机乏汽热量的排放,降低余热热污染,提高火电厂的发电热效率,应对余热回收并加以利用。以NZK660-24.2/566/566机组为例,建立了复合循环发电模型。新模型分为两个单元:水蒸汽循环单元和有机工质循环单元。该模型通过余热换热器将两个循环相结合,将具有一定热力参数的水蒸汽的热量传给有机工质,使有机工质达到过热状态,进入低压缸做功。经热经济性计算,结果表明:新模型维持原机组总热耗,且在THA、75%THA、50%THA工况时,改造后的新模型冷源损失减少,空冷散热总面积减少,热经济性得到提高。In thermal power plant, waste heat contained in the exhausted steam from a turbine should be recovered for the purpose of reducing waste heat loss and thermal pollution, and improving thermal generating efficiency. In this paper, taking NZK660-24.2/566/566 as an example, the combined cycle generation model is established, which can be divided into two subunits: organic fluid eycle parts and steam cycle parts. In this model, a waste-beat exchanger is added to realize heat transfer from the steam with certain thermal parameters to the organic fluid and at a certain temperature and pressure, organic fluids could reach overheating state, then acting in the cylinder. Thermal economy calculation results show that: in the working conditions of THA, 75% THA, 50% THA, the new model maintains same total heat consumption of the original unit, after retrofit loss of cold source reduces, air cooled total area decreases, and thermal economy of the new model improves.
