摘　　要：通过检测SF6气体分解物的分析积累,以及开展对检测仪器的比较、校验、测量结果的影响因素的研究,分析判定设备故障时分解产物含量的注意值等方面。This paper generalizes the detection analysis of SF6 decomposition products, and discusses the influencing factors in comparing, calibrating and measuring the detected devices. The attention value of the decomposition product content for identifying equipment fauh is also analyzed.
