摘　　要：通过对SF6气体分解物的检测可有效发现设备潜伏性故障并准确定位设备故障部位。介绍SF6气体分解物检测方法的试验与比较,并提出检测方法的适用范围及实际应用。The detection of SF6 decomposition products is an effective method to identify the potential device fault, and spot the fault accurately. Experimental and comparative study on the detection methods for SF6 decomposition products helps to define their application range and illustrate their practical applications.
