摘 要:SF6分解产物组分与SF6电气设备的绝缘缺陷密切相关。通过气质谱联用仪检测SF6分解产物组分可以全面评价SF6电气设备的运行状况。通过研究色谱柱温度、进样口温度、进样分流比、载气流量等分析条件的改变对检测结果的影响,探讨了气质谱联用仪检测SF6分解产物组分的最佳分析条件,并建立了检测方法。指出应用检测方法对SF6运行气、故障气进行检测,有助于SF6电气设备运行状况评估和状态检修。Formation of SF6 decomposition products is closely related to the insulation defects of SF6 electrical equipment. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS), used to detect SF6 decomposition products, can help to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of SF6 electrical equipment operating conditions. Through research on some analytical variables influencing detection results, such as the temperature of GC column and inlets, split ratio, split flow and so on, this paper attempts to explore the optimal analytical conditions for detecting SF6 decomposition products using GCMS and proposes detection methods. It is concluded that the proposed methods, applicable in detecting the running and failure SF6 gas, are conducive to the operation state evaluation and maintenance of SF6 electrical equipment.
