摘 要:使用环-块式高速摩擦磨损试验机,试验研究在交流电场中滑板倾斜对电弧放电以及碳滑板/纯铜接触线高速滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,电流为100 A时,碳滑板材料的磨损量随着接触压力和滑板倾斜角度的增大而逐渐减小,试验盘每转平均放电能量也随着接触压力和滑板倾斜角度的增大而逐渐减小,碳滑板磨损率随着电弧能量的增大而增大;当滑板有倾斜角时,在弓网电滑动摩擦过程中会出现受电弓与接触线分离的状态,且滑板倾角越大,分离的时间就越长,这种现象影响列车受流质量和运行平稳性。因此实际弓网系统中要避免滑板倾斜角过大,滑板倾角应小于2°。The effect of the inclination angle of a carbon strip on arc discharge, friction and wear behavior of carbon strip/copper contact wire in AC electric field at high sliding speed were studied using a high speed ring-on-block tester. When an electric current of 100 A was applied ,the test result indicates that the wear rate of carbon strip decreases with the increasing of the contact force and inclination angle, the arc energy due to the contact loss decreases with the increasing of the contact force and inclination angle, the wear rate of the contact strip increases with the increasing of arc energy. When the slide having an inclination angle, the separation state between the pantograph and contact wire would appear during the friction process of pantograph/contact wire, and the separation time is longer along with larger angle. The quality of current receiving and running calmness of a train would be affected by this kind of behavior. Thereby in practice in the pantograph/contact wire system, over large of the angle of slide must be avoided, and the angle less than 2°.
