摘　　要：水基润滑冷却液应用于光学玻璃粗、精磨等冷加工过程,起到冷却、润滑、清洗、防锈以及化学自锐作用,改善金刚石磨具的加工性能,提高加工效率和工件表面光洁度。所研制水基润滑冷却液能够完全满足光学冷加工需求,使用性能优异,性价比高。Being used in rough, grinding process for optical glasses ,water-based lubricating-coolant plays the function of cooling ,lubrication, cleaning, rust and chemical self-sharpening, improving the processing performance of diamond abrasive and the efficiency of optical glass machining and surface finish. A water-based lubricating-coolant was developed, which can meet the requirements of opticai cold processing,with good performance and cost-effective.
