摘　　要：分析常见的循环球式转向器漏油的问题,指出动力转向系统匹配问题、密封结构设计不合理、制造误差以及装配原因是产生渗漏的主要原因。从系统匹配、密封结构入手,对渗漏的动力转向器重新进行系统匹配,对密封结构如扇齿轴结构、上盖面及侧盖面结构及堵头结构进行改进,较好地解决了循环球式转向器漏油的问题。The common problems of ball-and-nut power steering gear oil leakage were analyzed. It was pointed out that the major reason of steering gear oil leakage was the system matching problem, unsuitable design of the seal structure, manufacturing variation and assembly error. Starting with system matching and seal structure, the steering system was matched again, the seal structure of quadrant shaft, upper and side cover and the plug structure were improved. The oil leakage problem of ball-and-nut power steering gear is well solved.
