重视急性白血病非血液学表现的临床诊治

摘　　要：急性白血病是一组起源于造血干祖细胞的恶性克隆性疾病,临床常以贫血、出血、发热及肝、脾、淋巴结肿大为主要表现,由于疾病本身和(或)化疗药物毒性反应导致诊断及治疗过程中部分患者症状复杂且不典型,可以非血液学系统表现为主,易引起误诊以致延误治疗,临床工作中应予重视。Summary ： Acute leukemia is characterized by malignant clonal proliferation of the hematological stem or progenitor ceils lossing the capacity of differentiating into more mature cellular elements, which results in a variety of systemic consequences including anemia, bleeding, infection, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly and lymphadenectasis. Except typical hematological abnormality, non-hematological complications associated with leukemia and chemotherapy appear frequently and often lead to misdiagnose and delayed treatment, therefore, should cause our caution in practice.
