摘  要:广域测量系统(wide-area measurement system,WAMS)为电力系统实时监测和控制奠定了物质基础,采用广域动态信息协调决策会大大提高控制措施的准确性和有效性。根据位能脊的定义,推导了基于单机广义暂态能量的改进位能脊公式,并提出一种判断系统稳定性的方法。该方法计算简单,需要的数据少,可以满足在线应用的要求。通过对中国某省实际电网进行仿真,并和基于相轨迹凹凸性判断系统稳定的方法进行比较,验证了该判据的准确性和有效性。Wide-area measurement system (WAMS) forms the foundation for real-time monitoring and control of power system, and utilizing wide coordinated decision-making area dynamic information in can greatly improve both accuracy and efficiency of control measures. According to the definition of potential energy ridge, an improved potential energy ridge formula based on generalized transient energy of single generating unit is derived, and a method to recognize power system stability is proposed. The calculation of the proposed method is simple and less data is needed for the calculation, so it can meet the demand of on-line application. The application of the proposed method to a certain domestic provincial power grid is simulated, and the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed recognition method are verified by the comparison of simulation results with the results from the method that recognizes system stability by the concavity of phase trajectory.
