摘  要:提出了一种基于概率最优潮流的风电接入能力分析方法。考虑风电场风速的随机性,应用机会约束规划理论,在同时满足系统潮流约束和安全运行的前提下,以系统接纳风电容量最大化为目标,建立了一个含随机变量的多变量、多约束、非线性混合整数规划模型,并提出了一种基于随机模拟技术的粒子群优化算法求解模型。以IEEE-30节点测试系统为算例,验证了上述模型和算法在评估风电接入能力问题上的可行性和有效性,同时还对影响风电接入能力的相关因素进行了分析,以对风电场的规划设计提供有益参考。A probabilistically optimal power flow based method to analyze penetration limit of wind power generation system is proposed. Considering the randomness of wind speed in wind farm and under the presupposition of satisfying power flow constraints and secure operation of power grid, by use of chance constrained programming and taking the maximal wind power capacity that can be accepted by power grid as the objective function, a mixed nonlinear integer programming model with multi-constraints and multi-variables including random ones, is proposed. To solve the proposed model, a stochastic simulation technique based particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) is given. Taking IEEE 30-bus system as example, the feasibility and correctness in the evaluation of wind power penetration limit by the proposed model and algorithm are verified. Besides, correlative factors that impact on wind power penetration limit are analyzed and analysis results may be available for reference to the planning and design of wind farm.
