摘　　要：目的了解陕南3个项目县人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者生产救助项目现状,评价其效果,为改进艾滋病防治工作提供政策建议。方法设计调查问卷和访谈提纲了解生产救助项目现况,对3个项目县全部HIV感染者/AIDS患者共18户19人进行问卷调查,对项目县相关人员共73人进行深度访谈。结果山阳县HIV感染者/AIDS患者家庭有9户参加生产救助项目,镇安县和商南县HIV感染者/AIDS患者家庭未参加;参加项目的家庭中,有8户的家庭生产救助收入占其家庭总收入的58%以上,1户的家庭收入全部来自生产救助项目;项目实施后HIV感染者/AIDS患者家庭的收入提高了80.78%;参加项目的家庭中,88.89%对项目表示非常满意;在生存质量量表10个维度中,参加生产救助者有7个维度的得分高于未参加者,躯体健康总分和心理健康总分高出8.94分和11.42分(P<0.05)。结论生产救助项目有利于改善HIV感染者/AIDS患者的经济状况,提高其生存质量,增加其生活信心,得到患者家庭好评;3个项目县生产救助项目实施情况不平衡。Objective To evaluate the effect of production assistance project（PAP） on HIV infected persons/AIDS patients in three pilot counties in southern Shaanxi province for the improvement of countermeasures for AIDS.Methods Questionnaire survey and interview were conducted among all HIV infected persons/AIDS patients（19 persons from 18 households） in the three pilot counties and 73 relevant government officials.Results Among all HIV infected persons/AIDS patients surveyed,58%（8 households） of their familial incomes came from the PAP and all of the income from PAP for one household.The income of HIV infected persons/AIDS patients was increased by 80.78% after the implementation of the PAP.For families participating in the PAP,88.89% were satisfied with the project.In 10 dimensions of the Life Quality Scale,scores of 7 dimensions for the participants were higher than those of non-pariticipants,and the total scores of physical health and mental health were 8.94 and 11.42 points highter than those of non-pariticipants（P0.05）.Conclusion The PAP improves the economic situation and life quality of HIV infected persons/AIDS patients.The development of the PAP is unbalanced among the three pilot counties.
