摘 要:辛置煤矿上跑蹄进风立井马头门由于所处岩层主要为泥岩和煤线,井筒淋水严重,同时受到附近巷道、硐室施工的扰动影响,发生大面积变形破坏。为了对其进行修复治理,结合马头门围岩破坏形式和国内外治理技术现状,提出了锚杆索环形一体化控制技术。采用数值模拟、工程类比等方法确定了注浆加固、高预应力锚杆索支护、U型钢架设、混凝土砌碹等技术有机结合的总体修复方案和具体支护参数,在现场应用中,取得了良好的修复加固效果。The ingate of Shangpaoti Mine Ventilation Shaft in Xinzhi Mine was located in the strata mainly as mudstone and seam.There were heavy raining from the mine shaft.Meanwhile the turbulence influenced by the nearby mine roadway and chamber constrictions,the there were large deformation and failures occurred in the mine shaft.In order to repair and control the mine shaft,in combination with the failure mode of the ingate surrounding rock and the control technology status at home and abroad,a bolt and anchor circular integrated control technology was provided.The numerical simulation,the project analogy method were applied to determine the general repair plan combined with the grouting reinforcement,high pre-stressed bolt and anchor support,U type steel frame,concrete lining and other technology and the certain support parameters which would applied to the mine site with a good repair and reinforcement effect.
