摘 要:针对顶板锚固系统中由于托盘尺寸设计不合理导致其受损破坏以致锚固系统失效的现象,利用有限元软件ANSYS的静力分析模块对不同球壳高度和厚度的托盘进行仿真模拟分析,得出固定轴向载荷作用下托盘的合理尺寸参数。结合实际情况及现有的经济技术条件,对相同球壳厚度不同球壳高度、相同球壳高度不同球壳厚度的托盘进行对比分析,从而提出两种情况下影响托盘力学特征的主导因素,为托盘尺寸参数的优化提供依据。According to the irrational design of the plate dimension in the roof bolting system caused the failure and the bolting system lost effectiveness,the static analysis module of the finite element software ANSYS was applied to the similar simulation analysis on the bolt plate with different sphere shell height and different thickness.The rational dimension parameters of the bolt plate under the foxed axial load role were obtained.In combination with the actual condition and the available economic and technical conditions,a comparison analysis was conducted on the blots with the same sphere shell thickness and different sphere shell height and with the same sphere shell height and different sphere shell thickness.Thus the leading factors influenced to the plate mechanics features under the above conditions were provided and could provide the basis to optimize the dimension parameters of the plate.
