摘 要:利用由柴油、表面活性剂、醇和水以一定比例复配而成的新型微乳液浮选捕收剂,对山西西曲瘦煤进行了系列浮选试验对比研究。试验结果表明,该微乳液浮选捕收剂性能优良,稳定性好,选择性高。与柴油相比,使用微乳液做浮选捕收剂时,在精煤灰分基本保持不变的情况下,可提高精煤产率4%~9%,从而提高了浮选效率,改善了浮选性能,大大节约柴油用量。A new micro-emulsion floatation capturer made with certain mixing ratio of diesel oil,surfactant,alcohol and water was applied to the comparison study of the series floatation experiment on the lean coal from Xiqu of Shanxi.The experiment results showed that the performance of the micro-emulsion floatation capturer was excellent,the stability was good and the selection was high.In comparison with diesel oil,when the micro-emulsion floatation capturer was applied,the cleaned coal production rate could be improved by 4%~9% as the ash content of the cleaned coal basically kept constant.Thus the floatation efficiency could be improved,the floatation performances could be improved and the diesel oil consumption could be highly saved.
