摘  要:目的建立同时测定芩连片中黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素含量的HPLC方法。方法采用Dia-monsil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,以甲醇-体积分数为0.4%的磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为277 nm,柱温为35℃。结果黄芩苷、黄芩素及汉黄芩素的线性范围分别为36.8~368.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 7)、1.75~17.5 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8)、1.50~15.0mg.L-1(r=0.999 9),黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素的平均回收率分别为97.3%(RSD=1.8%)、101.1%(RSD=1.8%)、99.0%(RSD=2.0%)。结论 HPLC法可用于芩连片的质量控制。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin in Qinlian (traditional Chinese medicines)tablets. Methods The samples were separated on a Diamonsil ODS colunm(200 mm ×4.6mm,5μm)through gradient delivery of a mixture of methanol-0. 4% (φ)phosphoric acid solution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL. min-1. The detection wave-length was set at 277 nm and the temperature of column was 35 ℃. Results The linear ranges of baicalin, baicalein and wogonin were 36. 8- 368.0 mg.L-1(r=0. 999 7) ,1.75-17.5 mg.L-1(r=0. 999 8) ,and 1.50-15.0 mg.L-1(r =0. 999 9) ,respectively. The average recoverys of the three components were 97.3% (RSD = 1.8% ), 101.1% (RSD = 1.8% ) ,99. 0% (RSD = 2. 0% ), respectively. Conclusions The method is accurate and reproducible. It can be applied for the quality control of Qinlian tablets.
