摘　　要：现代物流发展的关键之一就是构建有效的公共物流网络信息平台,尽管实践过程中出现了各种各样的物流信息平台,但在运作过程中,他们往往关注了技术,而忽视了客户的因素。基于这种考虑,提出了相应的解决方案,期望能够改变目前的物流信息运作焦点,促进公共物流信息平台的良性发展。The key to develop the modem logistics is to build an effective public logistics information platform, all kinds of public logisties information platforms have developed ever since. They are often concerned about the technology, while ignoring the customer. The article proposes the corresponding solutions, expecting to change the current their operation of logistics information and to develop effectively their public logistics information.
