推拿手法结合火山泥热敷治疗颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察临床上用传统推拿手法结合火山泥热敷、干涉波等理疗方法治疗颈椎病的效果。方法采用直接观察法,随机观察颈椎病患者84例,全部诊断为神经根型和椎动脉型患者,采用传统推拿手法结合火山泥热敷、干涉波等理疗方法治疗,均为1次/d,5次为一个疗程,两个疗程之间不间断治疗,连续观察两个疗程。结果经过系统治疗后,显效者63例,显效率75.00%,其中一个疗程即显效者43例。有效者19例,占22.62%,总有效率达97.62%,无效2例,占2.38%。结论该方法治疗颈椎病的疗效确切,值得临床推广应用,而且可就该疗法做进一步深入研究。Objective To observe the effect of physiotherapies like traditional massage manipulation combined with volcanic mud hot compress and interference wave.Methods 84 patients with cervical spondylopathy of radicular type and vertebral artery type were treated with physiotherapies like traditional massage manipulation combined with volcanic mud hot compress and interference wave,1 time a day,5 times as a treatment course.They were treated and observed for two continuous courses. Results After systematic treatment,63 cases were obviously effective.And the obvious effective rate was 75.00%.And 43 cases had obvious effective after one course.19 cases were effective,accounted for 22.62%.The total effective rate was 97.62%.2 cases were ineffective,accounted fro 2.38%.Conclusion The method has exact effect for the treatment of cervical spondylopathy,and is worthy of wider application and further research.
