多羟甲基三聚氰胺的简易制备方法及其在油井堵水中的应用

摘　　要：讨论了影响三聚氰胺羟甲基化的主要因素,提出了在施工井场就地制备多羟甲基三聚氰胺的简易方法。在—12—30℃的井场条件下,用就地制备的多羟甲基三聚氰胺和部分水解甲又基聚丙烯酰胺为堵剂,在10口采油井上进行了选择性堵水试验,工艺成功率达到100%,增油减水效果良好。The factors influencing hydroxymethylation reaction of melamine(melamine-to-formalde- hyde ratio,pH and temperature of reaction) are discussed.A simple in-situ solution process of preparation of polyhydroxymethylmelamine (POMM) at well sites at temperatures ranging from -12℃ to +30℃ is developed.The aqueous solution of POMM with degree of hydroxy- methylation some 5.2 thus obtained can be mixed in-situ with 0.6—1.1% solution of parti- ally hydrolysed methylenepolyacrylamide or polyacrylamide for squeezing into the thief zones in reservoirs.Laboratory tests on artificial cores and field tests on selective water-plugging of ten producing wells are shown to be successful.
