摘　　要：安徽省作为一个正在由文化大省向文化强省迈步的省份,对其文化强省战略的有效途径研究不仅有助于认清其他各省的文化建设的发展思路,对于中国整个文化体制改革和推动社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣亦有实实在在的促进作用。In 2011, the 17th Central Committee of the CPC held its sixth plenary session, which is the key to the reform of Chinese cultural system and the development of socialist culture. In the new era, how to break though the tough issues on reform of the cultural system, how to make culture become more power , and which is the best way to construct culture and so on have become the new topics in the 12th Five-Year Plan. Anhui province is becoming a strong culture province, the research on the strategy will not only help us to understand the culture construction of other provinces, but also help us to promote the whole China＇s reform of the cultural system and the flourishing of socialist cultural development.
