摘　　要：在多年前的一个午夜，广东省中医院院长吕玉波在自家医院的急诊大厅巡视，突然听到几名急诊患者和家属在取药窗口大声抱怨：“开的都是西药，还叫什么中医院!”The foundation for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is in clinical work,and the clinical outcome is the driving force for the survival and development ofTCM.The idea of modern evidence-based medicine cannot just be copied to testify the TCM outcome.However,this does not mean that TCM outcome cannot be traced.Nowadays,all the effort to testify and improve TCM clinical outcome is to help TCM to stand sound in the future.
