摘 要:合成了一种新型的水溶性聚合物材料—磺化丙酮-甲醛缩聚物(SAF),讨论了影响聚合反应的诸因素。就所得缩聚物(SAF)对水泥浆的流变性、失水量、稠化时间和水泥石抗压强度等性能的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明,这种缩聚物具有良好的抗温能力,用作油井水泥分散剂,能有效地改善水泥浆的流变参数,对水泥浆的稠化时间和水泥石强度则几乎没有影响。A new polyelectrolyte,sulphonated acetone-formaldehyde polycondensate(SAF),is synthesized for use as dispersant for cement slurries.The effect of various factors (amount of catalyst and sulphonating agent,ratio of acetone to formaldehyde,time and tempera- ture of reaction) on the reaction product is studied.The performance of SAF in cement slurries is evaluated preliminarily in laboratory.It is shown that with SAF the cement slurries are more heat-resistant and well dispersed and give less filter losses than when FDN is added instead.The thickening time of the slurries is not changed and the compressive strength of the set cement is even increased in the former case.
