摘 要:背景超声技术在临床麻醉中已得到广泛应用,并且越来越多地被用于小儿区域麻醉。目的超声通过实时成像方法来定位目标神经,使麻醉医师在实施小儿神经阻滞时能够直视各种解剖结构,观察穿刺针进针深度及局麻药扩散情况,从而提高了小儿神经阻滞的安全性及有效性,并减少了并发症。内容目前研究集中于超声引导下各种小儿神经阻滞的实施及超声成像特征,同时也要了解超声技术的基本原理以及在小儿区域麻醉中应用的优势。趋向超声引导会成为区域麻醉中一个必不可少的工具,为小儿麻醉开创新的方向。Background Ultrasound has been widely applied in clinical anesthesia and increasingly used in pediatric regional anesthesia. Objective Ultrasound can locate the target nerve by using the real-time imaging method, and enable the anesthetists to visualize the various anatomical structures directly and observe the needle depth and the spread of local anesthetics during pediatric nerve block, so it enhances the safety and effectiveness in pediatric nerve block and reduces complications. Content Current research focuses on the procedure of ultrasound guided pediatric nerve block and the characteristics of uhrasonography, also understands the basic principles of ultrasound and the advantages of its application in pediatric regional anesthesia. Trend Uhrasound will become an indispensable tool for regional anesthesia,initiating a new direction in pediatric anesthesia.
