摘 要:通过化学原位聚合法合成了间甲苯胺/Ba0.8La0.2Fe10Al2O19(PMT/BLFA)和间甲苯胺-苯胺共聚物/Ba0.8La0.2Fe10-Al2O19复合物(PMT-co-PANI/BLFA).用TG-DTA,XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis,TEM和SEM表征了产物的结构和微观形貌,用振动样品磁强计和阻抗材料分析仪测定了产物的磁性和介电性能.结果表明,共聚物(聚合物)链对BLFA粒子的包覆,使复合物具有明显的核/壳结构,且比共聚物(聚合物)具有更高的热稳定性;复合物的饱和磁化强度明显小于BLFA,而矫顽力的变化不大;由于电介质和磁介质之间的协同作用使PMT/BLFA和PMT-co-PANI/BLFA复合物具有良好的介电损耗和磁损耗性能,是一类有较好应用前景的电磁波吸收材料.Poly(m-toluidine)/Ba0.8La0.2Fe10Al2O19 (PMT/BLFA) and poly(m-toluidine-co-aniline)/ Ba0.8La0.2Fe10Al2O19 (PMT-co-PANI/BLFA) composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TEM and SEM, and the magnetic and dielectric properties of samples were measured by impedance/materials analyzer and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated that the BLFA particles were coated by the copolymer (polymer) chains to form the composites which had an obvious core/shell structure. The thermal stability of composites was higher than that of copolymer (polymer). The magnetization intensity of the composites was related to BLFA content, while the coercivity had little change; PMT/BLFA and PMT-co-PANUBLFA composites had excellent magnetic loss properties and dielectric loss properties because of the synergistic effect between dielectric and magnetic medium. Hence, they can be recommended as candidates for electromagnetic wave absorption and shielding materials.
