摘　　要：对UIG(University—Industry—Government)合作创新中存在的风险因素进行了识别分析,建立了风险评价指标体系,应用多层次可拓方法对UIG合作创新进行了实证研究,为UIG合作创新风险管理提供了决策依据,也为UIG合作创新风险评价提供了新思路和方法。In this paper, the risk factors of university - industry - government （UIG） cooperative innovation are analyzed and the index system of risk estimation is established. The risk of university - industry - government cooperative innovation can be evaluated through the multi - level extension assessment through practical research. This provides a basis for the risk management of industry - university - research cooperative innovation, and a kind of new idea and method for risk estima- tion of industry - university - research cooperative innovation.
