摘　　要：高校图书馆信息资源建设经费是高校图书馆建设与发展的经济基础,其配置的方法、模式以及配置比例直接关系到高校图书馆信息资源的建设发展,其配置过程受到图书馆文献经费使用的历史数据、读者的需求变化、学校学科的发展目标、文献价格自然增长等因素的影响,高校应综合考虑这些因素的影响,选用正确的方法,合理配置信息资源建设经费,使高校有限的资金发挥最大的效益,满足高校读者的阅读需求,促进高校信息资源建设的良性发展。The fund allocation in the construction of information resources is the economic base for the construction and development of academic libraries. Its allocation method, mode and proportion directly relate to the development of academic libraries. Its allocation process is influenced by history data of fund allocation, changes of readers＇ need, development goals of academic disciplines, and the reasonable growing of literature cost. Universities should consider all the influent factors and choose the right way to allocate the fund properly, maximize the benefits of the fund, cater for the needs of university readers and promote the positive development of university information resources.
