摘　　要：针对我国城市配送的特点,以及现实配送过程中存在的参数模糊化现象,对模糊环境下的车辆调度问题模型及求解算法进行了论述,并在此基础上提出了一种与之相适应的,基于知识库、模型库与方法库的城市配送车辆调度决策支持系统平台模型,同时对该平台中各关键子系统的功能结构与设计进行了阐述,分析了其可行性,最后就平台开发与实施中的注意事宜进行了探讨。Aiming at the features of city distribution and fuzzy parameter problems in real distribution process, the corresponding model and algorithm for vehicle scheduling under fuzzy environment is described in this paper firstly. After that, based on knowledge base, model base and method base, a decision support system platform model of distribution vehicle scheduling is given for scheduling optimization. The functional structures of each subsystem are elaborated and the feasibility of the platform is also analyzed. At last, the key issues in platform implementation are discussed.
