摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在输尿管结石的临床应用价值。方法 43例急性季肋部疼痛疑为输尿管结石的患者,分别行B超及急诊CT检查,CT重建后作三维及多平面重建。结果 CT显示输尿管结石41例,上段结石16例,中段结石4例,下段结石21例;左侧23例,右侧18例;结石大小0.2~1.5 cm。B超诊断输尿管结石仅34例,余9例未显示。结论螺旋CT三维重建能明确显示输尿管结石的位置和大小,有助于临床及时准确地制订治疗方案。Objective To explore MDCT 3D reconstruction in the value of the clinical application of ureterai calculi. Methods 43 patients with acute season ribs suspected of ureteral calculi pain patients respectively, do B super and emergency CT examination, CT reconstruction for 3D and MPR. Results CT scan of the ureteral calculi 41 cases, among which the upside calculus 16 cases, 4 cases middle calculus and under calculus 21 cases. On the left 23 cases, the right 18 cases, calculus size 0.2 - 1. 5 cm. B - uhrasonic diagnosis of ureteral calculi only 34 cases, 9 cases had not shown. Conclusion Spiral CT 3D reconstruction can clearly sho,v the size and location of the ureteral calculi, help to clinical timely and accurately make treatment.
