水乳型涂料涂覆硬木地板的防水性能试验研究

摘　　要：制作铁刀木试样,分别涂覆三种进口水乳型涂料和国产醇酸清漆后,将试件全浸入水中,就试样的极限吸水量和吸水动力学特性进行对比试验研究。结果表明,进口水乳型涂料的防水性能不及国产醇酸清漆。双层涂覆水乳型涂料的试样的吸水速率为控制组试样的80%左右。Small samples were made from Cassia siamea Lam wood species which completely immersed the samples in water after coated with three imported water miscible oil paints and alkyd varnish. We carry out the comparative experimental study of ultimate water absorption content and the characteristics of water absorption dynamics of the samples. The results show that the water resistance of imported water miscible oil paints is poorer than that of domestic alkyd varnish. The water absorption rate of the samples coated with double layers of water miscible oil paint is about 80% of that of the control group of samples.
