摘　　要：介绍了新型钻井液降失水剂 SYZ 的室内研究工作,包括样品的制备及性能评定。SYZ在泥浆中只吸水溶胀而不溶解,具有独特的降失水作用机理。该剂的降失水作用在经受高速剪切和长期高温后更好,具有不降解、使用寿命长、抗盐性好等性能。SYZ is a powdered crosslinked polymer strongly swellable(but not soluble)in wafer and perfor ms its function in drilling fluids in a way entirely different from all traditional filter- loss controlling chemical agents.This paper describes the results of an exploratory work in laboratory on this polymer.The laboratory samples of SYZ take up some 70-fold water by weight in 24 hrs.At.equal use levels SYZ is somewhat worse but quite near to such out- standing filter-loss controllers as CMC and Drispac in reducing filter losses of water base bentonite drilling fluids and,in contrast to those,does not viseosify the drilling fluids and exert unnoticeable influence on their yield stresses,plastic viscosities,and other rheologic characteristics.The flow patern is the same and the n and K values are in mormal ranges. High temperature rolling enhances the control of filter losses by SYZ and increases the vis- cosities,values n and K of the drilling fluids.After monthly storage in closed vessel at 38℃ the behaviour of the drilling fluids with SYZ is little changed,and their filter losses- even reduced.SYZ will be a perspective filter-loss controlling agent for drilling fluids.
