抑制油井盐结晶的方法

摘　　要：针对中原油田文南地区油井盐堵情况,精选出了两种抑制剂,W1和 W2。W1能除去NaCl 晶体表面的油污,增加 NaCl 在水中的溶解度。W2能降低 NaCl 在水中的溶解速度,阻止NaCl 晶体生长。联合采用 W1和 W2水溶液处理盐堵油井能有效地抑制盐结晶,提高水洗效率。As a result of researching into trouble problems with salt(NaCl)blockage in producing reservoirs in Wennan area,Huabei Oil Field,two formulations,W1 and W2,have developed in laboratory for inhibiting NaCl crystallisation and precipitation in oil wells.W1 is capable of removing oily scale from NaCl crystals surfaces and of enhancing solubility of NaCl in water.The functions of W2 are to slow down the rate of dissolution of NaCl in water and to impede crystal growth.Applying W1 and W2 in combination to treating trouble oil wells will lead to effective control of salt crystallisation and precip()tation and efficient well- washing by aqueous flushing fluids.The procedures of operations with W1 and W2 are suggested.
