摘 要:本文介绍以 TDG-1R 和 TF-3为主要组份的选择性堵水剂,研究了影响堵剂交联时间和凝胶粘度的各种因素。该堵剂堵水效率高,强度大,耐高温,有效期长,施工简单,可堵可解,是国内一种新的选择性堵水剂。The water shutoff agent described is an interpenetrating polymer network(IPN)type aqueous gelling(crosslinking)solution composed of polyacrylamide(PAM)water-in-oil latex (TDG-1R)being crosslinkable by Na_2Cr_2O_7 and modified copolycondensated aminoresine (TF-3)being curable by NH_4Cl.It can be compounded with various fillers.The basic for- mulations are suggested as a result of researching various influencing factors:molecular weight of TDG-1R,viscosity of TF-3,and concentrations of components.In laboratory and field tests the water shutoff agent is shown to be long-term,efficient and selective,the gelled system possesses good thermal stability(up to 150℃)and high strength and can be broken down by using dilute NaOH or HCl solutions.
