红花注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨红花注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆炎症因子的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为红花组及对照组,在治疗前及治疗15 d后,抽取静脉血,检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的浓度。结果:红花组与对照组在治疗15 d后,血浆hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α和Hcy水平均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α和Hcy水平[(18.83±2.02)mg/L、(29.42±6.25)pg/ml、(61.27±12.54)fmol/L、(6.13±1.24)μmol/L]比较,红花组[(6.58±1.73)mg/L、(20.13±7.46)pg/ml、(41.85±9.78)fmol/L、(4.56±1.17)μmol/L]下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗基础上加用红花注射液可降低急性冠脉综合征患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α和同型半胱氨酸的水平,抑制炎症反应。Objective： To study the effects of Safflower Injection on plasma level of inflammatory factor in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods： 60 patients with ACS were randomly divided into Safflower group and control group,and the concentration of high sensitive C reaction protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and homocysteine（Hcy） were detected before the treatment and 15 days after the treatment.Results： After treatment for 15 days,the contents of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and Hcy were decreased obviously in Safflower group and control group compared with before treatment,the differences were significant（P0.05）.Compared with the level of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and Hcy after treatment in the control group [（18.83±2.02） mg/L,（29.42±6.25） pg/ml,（61.27±12.54） fmol/L,（6.13±1.24） μmol/L],the variations were more obvious in Safflower group [（6.58±1.73） mg/L,（20.13±7.46） pg/ml,（41.85±9.78） fmol/L,（4.56±1.17） μmol/L]（P0.05）.Conclusion： The normal regulation treatment adding Safflower Injection can decrease the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and Hcy in the patients with acute coronary syndrome,thus inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
