滋阴潜阳汤治疗绝经过渡期肝肾阴虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴潜阳汤治疗绝经过渡期肝肾阴虚证的临床疗效及其对女性激素水平的影响。方法:选择118例绝经过渡期肝肾阴虚证患者作为研究对象,给予滋阴潜阳汤(自拟方)治疗,比较治疗前后改良Kupperman评分法评分及性激素水平变化。结果:治疗前Kupperman评分为(26.11±7.58)分,治疗后为(6.46±3.81)分,治疗后较治疗前显著下降,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前后各项女性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋阴潜阳汤治疗绝经过渡期肝肾阴虚证疗效显著,对女性激素水平无显著影响。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect to Liver-Kidney Yin deficiency and the interference effect to female hormones of Ziyin Qianyang Decoction in the treatment of the patients during the transition period of menopause.Methods： 118 patients of Liver-kidney Yin deficiency during the menopausal transition were treated with Ziyin Qianyang Decoction（specific recipe）.The therapeutic effect was compared by using modified Kupperman grading method,and the value changes of the serum FSH,LH,E2 and T before and after the treatment were observed.Results： A significant change in Kupperman grading,（26.11±7.58） scores before and（6.46±3.81） scores after the treatment,which were observed（P0.01）,however,no significant change was observed in the value changes of female hormones（P0.05）.Conclusion： There was a significant therapeutic effect of Ziyin Qianyang Decoction in the treatment of Liver-kidney Yin deficiency during the menopausal transitional period without interference to female hormones.
