多囊卵巢综合征患者体重指数与脂蛋白代谢的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者不同的体重指数与脂质代谢的相关性。方法:收集门诊患者病历资料,按照PCOS诊断标准及体重指数(BMI)分为正常对照组30例、PCOS患者非肥胖组(non-fat group)39例与PCOS患者肥胖组(fat group)31例。三组分别检测空腹高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及三酰甘油(TG)血清值。结果:HDL-C在3组的血清值分别为(1.53±0.23)、(1.47±0.41)、(1.22±0.20)mmol/L。经统计学分析对照组与PCOS非肥胖组血清比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.572);PCOS肥胖组HDL-C值高于对照组及非肥胖组血清值(P=0.004、0.008);PCOS肥胖组与非肥胖组在LDL-C与TG血清值上比较,两组间差异均无统计学意义(P=0.637、0.588)。结论:HDL-C血清水平可能与PCOS的病情程度有相关性。Objective： To explore the correlation between polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） patients′different body mass index and lipid metabolism of relevancy.Methods： Service medical records from outpatient were collected and divided into control group（30 cases）,PCOS patients of non-fat group（39 cases） and PCOS patients of fat group（31 cases） in accordance with PCOS diagnostic criteria and body mass index（BMI）.High-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and triglycerides（TG） serum values were tested in three groups in fasting plasma.Results： Serum levels of HDL-C in three groups were（1.53±0.23）,（1.47±0.41）,（1.22±0.20）mmol/L;by statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference between PCOS patients of non-fat group and control group（P=0.572）;serum levels of HDL-C in PCOS patients of fat group were more that in the control group and PCOS patients of non-fat group（P=0.004,0.008）;serum levels of LDL-C and TG between PCOS patients of non-fat group and PCOS patients of fat group were no obvious difference（P=0.637,0.588）.Conclusion： The serum levels of HDL-C may be having a correlation with PCOS illness extent.
