摘　　要：建立具有高阳县本地特色的农村社会养老保险制度,是深化高阳经济、政治体制改革,促进高阳社会发展不可缺少的配套工程,也是维护社会稳定、迎接人口老龄化浪潮冲击的重要环节,更有利于我们平稳度过人口老龄化高峰期,有利于社会进步,有利于保障老年人群体的生活质量不断提高。With the establishment of Gaoyang county county local characteristics of rural social endowment insurance system,is to deepen the reform of political system and economic,social development,promote the Gaoyang indispensable supporting projects,but also to maintain social stability,to meet the population aging tide impact important link,is more advantageous to us to get through the peak of population aging,to promote social progress,there is conducive to constantly improve the quality of life of old pepole.
