3种克隆型伴生杂草提取物对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响  被引量:2

摘  要:通过室内生物测定的方法就空心莲子草、水竹叶和节节菜3种克隆型伴生杂草提取物对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响进行研究。结果表明,与对照相比,0.25~2 g/L的3种伴生杂草提取物对水稻种子萌发率和发芽势不产生显著影响,但4 g/L的空心莲子草提取物和节节菜醇提物对水稻种子萌发率以及4 g/L的空心莲子草和节节菜醇提物对水稻种子发芽势产生显著抑制作用。空心莲子草0.25~4 g/L的醇提物对水稻幼苗苗高,0.5~4 g/L的醇提物和1~4 g/L的水提物对水稻幼苗根长,2~4 g/L的醇提物对水稻幼苗鲜质量和水提物对幼苗苗高及鲜质量均产生显著抑制作用,相对应的最高抑制率分别为46.72%、24.43%、22.62%、32.48%、31.59%和27.96%。水竹叶2~4 g/L的醇提物和水提物对水稻幼苗根长产生显著抑制作用,相对应的最高抑制率分别为20.74%和19.33%,0.5~4 g/L的水提物和2~4 g/L的醇提物对水稻幼苗苗高产生显著促进作用,相对应的最大促进率分别为11.67%和27.61%。节节菜0.5~4 g/L的水提物对水稻幼苗根长和醇提物对苗高,1~4 g/L的醇提物对水稻幼苗根长,2~4 g/L的醇提物对水稻幼苗鲜质量,4 g/L的水提物对水稻幼苗苗高和鲜质量均产生显著抑制作用,相对应的最大抑制率分别为27.12%、25.56%、87.13%、37.23%、11.55%和11.51%。Effect of extract from three clonal companion weeds,Alternanthera philoxeroides,Murdannia triquetra and Rotala indica,on rice seed germination and seedling growth was studied by bioassays in laboratory condition.The results suggested that,compared with the control,0.25-2 g/L extract from three weeds had no significant effects on rice seed germination rate and germination vigor,but inhibition of 4 g/L extract from A.philoxeroides and ethanol extract from R.indica on rice seed germination and ethanol extract from A.philoxeroides and R.indica on rice seed germination ability showed significant difference.As A.philoxeroides,0.25-4 g/L ethanol extract on rice seedling height,0.5-4 g/L ethanol extract and 1-4 g/L aqueous extract on rice seedling root length,2-4 g/L ethanol extract on rice seedling fresh weight and aqueous extract on seedling height and fresh weight all showed significant inhibition,the relative highest inhibition rates were 46.72%,24.43%,22.62%,32.48%,31.59% and 27.96%,respectively.As M.triquetra,2-4 g/L ethanol and aqueous extract on rice seedling root length showed significant inhibition,the relative highest inhibition rates were 20.74% and 19.33% respectively,0.5-4 g/L aqueous extract and 2-4 g/L ethanol extract on rice seedling height both showed significant promotion,the relative highest promotion rates were 11.67% and 27.61%.As R.indica,0.5-4 g/L aqueous extract on rice seedling root length and ethanol extract on height,1-4 g/L ethanol extract on rice seedling root length and 2-4 g/L ethanol extract on fresh weight,4 g/L aqueous extract on rice seedling height and fresh weight all showed significant inhibition,the relative highest inhibition rates were 27.12%,25.56%,87.13%,37.23%,11.55% and 11.51%,respectively.
